Material System & Positioning
Lightweight high-alumina insulating castable uses high-alumina lightweight aggregate, with bulk density 1.30 g/cm³, thermal conductivity ≤0.45 W/(m·K) at 800℃ and service up to 1400℃. It combines insulation with structural strength, formed monolithically on site without joints. It is Henan Songrui's economical grade for boiler, duct and pipe insulation.

Selection Advice
Lightweight insulating castables serve as backup insulation, not for direct flame/slag contact—pair with a dense working lining on the hot face. For insulation above 1400℃ choose lightweight mullite grade; for low-temperature zones perlite/ceramsite grades are more economical.
Installation & Maintenance
Mix and pour gently to avoid aggregate breakage; heat up slowly per the low-temperature curve to prevent rapid steam release. Construction and drying guidance available.
