Material System & Positioning

Alkali-resistant castable is developed specifically for alkali attack in cement kilns, with Al₂O₃ ≥40% and service up to 1350℃. Low-alkali-reactive aggregate forms a dense protective reaction layer against alkali vapor/salts, blocking further penetration. It is Henan Songrui's dedicated grade for alkali-rich zones such as cement preheater systems.

Selection Advice

Prefer alkali-resistant castable in cement kiln alkali-rich zones; avoid local overheating which accelerates alkali attack. Combine with corundum-mullite or other high-temperature grades where higher temperature coexists with alkali.

Control water strictly, vibrate fully and heat up per the standard curve. On-site guidance available.

• Advantage: service up to 1300℃, strong resistance to alkali salts (K₂O/Na₂O), prevents alkali bursting and build-up.
