Material System & Positioning

Wear-resistant castable uses high-hardness abrasive aggregate with Al₂O₃ ≥70%, bulk density 2.80 g/cm³, wear ≤6 cm³ and service up to 1500℃. High cold/medium-temperature strength and a dense matrix resist particle impact and abrasion. It is Henan Songrui's professional grade for cement discharge pipes, coolers and other high-wear zones.

• Power Boilers: CFB cyclones, standpipes, ash cooler linings.
• Steel & Iron: sinter wind boxes, duct elbows.
• Waste-to-energy: chutes and slag outlets.

Selection Advice

For extreme wear plus high temperature choose SiC wear-resistant castable; for general wear this grade offers better economy. Thicken linings and increase anchor density in high-wear zones.

Installation & Maintenance

Vibrate fully, check densification and anchor welding in high-wear zones; heat up per the standard curve.
