White Corundum Castable

Material System & Positioning

White corundum castable uses high-purity fused white corundum with Al₂O₃ ≥97%, bulk density 3.00 g/cm³ and service up to 1800℃. Extremely low impurities give outstanding chemical resistance and reducing-atmosphere tolerance. It is Henan Songrui's premium grade for petrochemical, glass and other purity- or atmosphere-sensitive processes.

Selection Advice

White corundum suits high-purity, atmosphere-sensitive and ultra-high-temperature processes; brown corundum is more economical for general hot wear zones. Choose this grade for gasifiers and cracking furnaces requiring low impurities and reducing-atmosphere resistance.

Installation & Maintenance

Strict staged dewatering per the dedicated curve is required; keep the site clean to avoid impurity contamination. Professional installation recommended.
