Material System & Positioning

Acid-resistant castable uses acid/neutral acid-resistant aggregate with SiO₂ ≥75%, acid resistance ≥97% and service up to 1200℃. It withstands long-term attack by acidic gases and liquids for chemical stacks, scrubbers and desulfurization equipment. It is Henan Songrui's dedicated grade for chemical flue-gas treatment systems.

Selection Advice

Acid-resistant castable suits acidic media only, never basic media or high-temperature slag. Provide service parameters for formula selection by Henan Songrui's technical team.

Installation & Maintenance

Follow the acid-resistant material curing and drying schedule; control water and densify fully; clean the substrate for firm bonding.
