Swing spout castable is dedicated to the curved linings of blast furnace swing spouts, Al₂O₃≥60%, 1500℃ max service. Sharing the Al₂O₃-SiC-C system with runner castables, it withstands continuous high-velocity iron flow and abrasion for swing spout linings, launders to ladles and small runners.

Swing spout castable is dedicated to BF swing (tilting) spouts, with Al₂O₃ ≥60% and service up to 1500℃. Designed for the curved spout cavity, it resists high-speed hot-metal erosion and wear, withstands oxidizing atmospheres, and can be cast monolithically or prefabricated for on-site installation. It is Henan Songrui's dedicated accessory grade for BF casthouses.
Swing spout duty differs from the main trough metal zone—lighter slag but high erosion; the dedicated grade suffices. If shared material is preferred, select per main trough requirements. Order together with iron runner castable.
Cast continuously per mold, control water, densify fully and dry per the dedicated curve; seal joints firmly for prefabricated units.
