Henan Songrui New Refractory Materials Co., Ltd. has released its new steel-fiber-reinforced castable series. By optimizing fiber type, dosage and matrix grading, the series delivers markedly higher hot flexural strength and thermal-shock resistance while retaining good workability — suited to blast-furnace troughs, CFB burner belts, kiln noses and other heavy-wash, rapid-cycling zones.
Our technical lead said the series was verified through lab formulation and field trials, with clearly better spalling resistance than conventional grades. Samples are available on request; custom adaptation is offered based on your service conditions.
